These are the Terms and Conditions which are applicable when booking your Konnections  workshops or training in schools and other organisations.

• Training sessions and workshops are confirmed on a 'first come, first served' basis and are subject to availability.
• Training sessions and workshops cannot be confirmed without agreed timings and a venue.
• Konnections cannot confirm any booking until full payment or an agreed deposit has been made and the booking contract has been signed.
• Training and workshops must be paid for, in full, 4 days prior to the training. Konnections cannot take final payments on the day.
• Payment for workshops and training can be made via bank transfer, cheque or cash.
• Konnections cannot guarantee a specific consultant or trainer but will endeavour to accommodate requests.
• The price quoted at the time of booking is the price that Konnections and the organiser (you) agree upon and must be paid as such.
• The price quoted is non-negotiable.
• Konnections’ workshops and training are available in agreed time slots, dates and venues prior to booking​.
• The number of participants and any (dis)abilities have to be specified at the time of booking.
• Screens, projectors, laptop and other equipment required for the training or workshops are to be supplied by the organisers.
• Konnections is the owner of all materials presented in the training or workshops. No part of the representations or any resources may be reproduced, copied or distributed.

Responsibilities

• To the fullest extent permissible by law, Konnections does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages during training sessions.
• Konnections may carry out a Risk Assessment prior to the start of your training or workshop and reserve the right to discontinue if the venue is deemed not appropriate.
• Konnections can advise on alternative suitable venues, however, it is the ultimate responsibility of the organiser(s) to choose an appropriate venue.
• Konnections will treat all participants and the venue with care and the utmost respect for safety at all times. We request that all participants act responsibly and fully engage with the sessions.
• Konnections endeavours to deliver fun, educational and engaging training sessions.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

• All cancellations made one month prior to a scheduled workshop  or training sessions will receive 100% of the amount refunded minus any cost incurred.
• All cancellations made less than one month prior to the scheduled workshop will be given the opportunity to reschedule or be partly refunded. Refunds are 50% (maximum) of the agreed price.
• Any changes in arrangements made within 7 days prior to the training need to be agreed, in writing, with Konnections.
• Failure to pay for your workshop or training in advance will result in the cancellation of the booking.
• Rescheduling a workshop or training session is subject to availability.
• In the event of adverse weather, serious illness or unforeseen circumstances on our part, Konnections reserves the right to cancel the workshop or training and offer an alternative date. In the very unlikely event that this does happen, we will give organisers as much notice as possible.

Where permitted by law, these terms and conditions supersede any statutory rights.
